Today I woke up and did Turbo Jam's fat blaster because I didn't have time to do Max interval plyo since I was in a rush to go somewhere. So originally, I was going to do Max interval plyo and cardio conditioning on the same day the next day. But as I was looking through some great inspirational videos and also watching videos of myself working out I really wanted to push myself and get max interval plyo done TONIGHT! So that's what I did I started my workout at 11:30pm and ended at 12:30am.
Since I got my Tony Horton One On One Dvd, It came with a sneak preview of TurboFire! I definitely wanted to try so I went ahead and did it a few minutes after finishing max interval plyo. I Couldn't even wait until June 18 for it, so I went ahead and order Tony Horton's video just to get the sneak peek! lol. So here's a video of me on that. It was really tough, Your giving it your all for about 35 seconds and resting a tiny bit and getting back on it again! I seriously cannot wait!

I almost done with the Insanity program and i'm really diggin the results I'm getting! It's been quite a ride hopping into something extreme as insanity! What I must say is that I really built my endurance, and my legs have become a lot strong and toned! Especially my arms! My arms weren't a big concern from the beginning, mostly my legs and my stomach but I did manage to build up muscles on top of that.
So after I finish insanity, I'm wondering which program i should start up next! I definitely wanna do Turbo Fire, but that comes out in mid june, that gives me about 3 weeks to do something. Should I do a 2nd round of insanity? or Start p90x? I was really thinking about mixing them together and doing a hybrid. I hope that wont be too much.
Today I did Max interval circuit for the last time for the insanity program! wooo hooo!! that one is a tough workout! So I have 4 more days left! Since I had time on my hands i decided to try out Turbo Jam: Punch Kick & Jam! It was fun! I love kicking and punching!! whooo hoo!! so here is my video on that!!
Here's a workout of me doing Max interval plyo on my 57th day. The little boy in the video joining me near the end was my little cousin Kyro. He was watching me the whole time doing this exercise and finally wanted to join near the end. I'm glad he did because he doesn't get much physical activity because all he really wants to do is play on the computer. He's not very active so I was really proud of him that he wanted to come and work out with me. :) Enjoy the video!

Alright, So I have to admit that I do get a bit lazy and intimidated to wake up each morning and do my workouts since i've been on summer vacation. I usually sleep really late at night and try and wake up around 11 to do my workouts.

Today I did core cardio and balance and right after I did Turbo Jam's Cardio Party mix 2. :) And weighed myself and was 124! So excited!
Today I tried spicing up my shakeology by adding mango chunks to it. I might add it made the greenberry shake taste alot better! I think i like it equally as chocolate now! so delicious and refreshing! I also made turkey lasagna with my boyfriend today! yipee! enjoy the video!
LOL! Daymn I was yelling my lungs outs for my grandparents but they couldnt hear me. I guess the t.v was too loud? So I dialed my house phone and left a yelling of me screaming their names! lol. I was so scared.. I didn't want to walk past it.. I wanted to keep my eyes on that thing! Who know's where the heck it would end up if i didnt keep my eyes on that thing! That was the largest spider I've ever seen in my house! Effin Spider! And My Grandma Dun WHOOPEd that spider with a towel. lol! She's my Hero! :)

Today I started off my morning doing Max Cardio Conditioning, and Cardio Abs. Then afterwards I decided to do Turbo Jam, Ab Jam. I can really feel the burn in the Turbo Jam ab workout more than the cardio abs. I can feel it mostly in my lower abs and my obliques. It was another fun workout! i'm really lovin turbo jam! I'm glad I purchased it and am a proud owner!

Lol another Friday Night well spend with me and my boyfriend! I recently received the DvD's for Turbo Jam and we wanted to try one out. Here's my boyfriend in the beginning then him and I afterward.
These MAX workouts are super intense and they last for about an hour! I can't believe i've gone this far into the work out! i am so proud of myself, and I haven't missed a day of workout! I have altered some days but never missed a day! I hope I do well.

So, I just ordered Turbo Jam! I wanted something fun and not as challenging as p90x or insanity to do with a hybrid with those workouts over the summer. I also got it hoping my mom would try this workout with me since its isn't as harsh as the previous programs I own such as p90x and insanity! So hopefully this will help her lose weight and lower her cholesterol level since its very high right now. Can't wait to work out every single day during the summer!!
Hey yall, This post didn't come with a video today but here's an update! So I went home yesterday night after school because I had a dentist appointment the next day in the morning around 9am. So I decided to sleep early and wake up at 7am and work out! Look at that sacrifice!! Sacrifice for a great body at the end! So, I did Pure cardio but skipped the cardio abs for Friday when I do Plyometrics Cardio circuit which is the last work out FOR WEEK 4! HELL YAH! I'm so excited! whooot whooot!

Today I did pure cardio and cardio abs. Instead of working out yesterday, I made it my rest day because I just wanted to relax from a stressful week, but I did not miss a day of any workout! 6 days a week again! YES!!! love it! tomorrow is beginning of week 3, and it's the fit test. I honestly can say that my workouts have been improving and I can almost keep up with them through out the warm ups. I love how it make me feel!! I just really force myself to work out! It's a great pay off! Well imma get cleaned up and hit the sheets! night bloggers

Heyyy there! So I said I was going to do a hybrid of p90x and insanity. But I'm really liking Insanity!!!!!! So fast paced I love it!
Well It's day 8 for me, which means it's the beginning of week 2! I was suppose to do Cardio power & resistance but I wanted to do pure cardio, since I did pure cardio at my apartment and thought I didn't really try my best. So I did Pure cardio first instead of doing it on day 9! Just switched it up a bit. It wont hurt!

Don't worry I haven't given up on makeup and things like that! I'm just working on myself to make me a better happier person and to have the confidence I that I once had. I'm mean.. I need to feel beautiful inside, not just when I put on makeup. you know what i'm saying? Putting on makeup can make my face beautiful, but what about my whole body appearance? If i'm not even confident enough to rock a body that I'm comfortable with, then I really don't feel pretty in the inside.
Me and my roommate decided to buy some healthy foods. Things that are like whole grain/wheat low fat reduced fat, a lot of veges and fruits. Hopefully this type of diet will allow me to see what my hard work of exercise has done! Usually when I do workout, I really don't watch what I eat. Maybe it was because I was at the weight I wanted to be and working out would just make me maintain my weight as well as eating whatever I want. But since I want to shred some fat and lose weight, I need to eat healthier and probably have a 1800 calorie intake perhaps? Idk, but all I know is that 3,500=1b. So I don't want to be going over that or else i'll gain weight!

Okay, So lately i've been feeling self conscious, because I obviously gained my so called freshman 15. I had to go a size higher with my jeans and for a while i could fit them perfectly. After a while, my thighs became huge! and the size 4 jeans could barely fit me. After that, I started seeing red new stretch marks and I knew I was messing up my body. I decided to stop making excuses for my self and just exercise. I mean I can make an excuse not to exercise but can spend over and hour and a half on the computer surfing the internet. So I decided to make a change, and really push my self to exercise at least 5 times a week. But once summer break starts i'm going to work out every day of course since I have the time.
