Goals



I wrote up a bunch of reasons why I want to lose weight, to help motivate me to lose weight. My herbalife coach told me to write it down and to post it near my mirror or the fridge or even in my phone to help me remember why I want to lose weight and why I want to get to my goal weight.


WHY I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT


  • To be able to look good on my graduation on December 2012.
  • To prevent getting any chronic illnesses that runs in my family such as high cholesterol, hypertension, and pre-diabetes or any other illnesses. 
  • To feel more energized 
  • So my feet can stop hurting when I stand in one place
  • Look good without clothes
  • Look good in a bikini/lingerie
  • So I can do a boudoir photo shoot 
  • Be able to fit into a size 2 or 3 in pant size, (26)
  • Get to my goal weight before summer 2013: Hawaii, EDC
  • To be able to fit into my old clothes. Old expensive 7 jeans and shorts and dresses
  • Get rid of my back fat so that my bra doesn’t muffin top my back fat
  • To be able to wear my old bras comfortably
  • To feel and be stronger
  • So my thighs won’t chafe (rub together)
  • Get rid of my double chin
  • So my family and relatives will give me compliments on how good I look instead of saying I gained weight.
  • So I wont have to hear my grandma say “stop eating you’ll gain more weight.”
  • To have nice legs like I use too and toned thighs.
  • So my thighs won’t jiggle
  • To be able to wear anything and look good in anything I wear
  • Be able to wear a tight fitting dress without wearing spandex/spanx underneath
  • To have toned flat stomach
  • So I can be able to wear tube tops without my upper chest fat hanging over
  • To be able to sit down without my flab hanging out
  • To make life long healthy changes throughout the rest of my life
  • To prevent more stretch marks from coming 
  • To feel sexy and beautiful
  • So when I go back to the Philippines they won’t call me fat.
  • To live a long healthy life
  • To be within my IDEAL BMI and not overweight
  • To motivate others such as my family and friends and be a role model for them
  • To feel comfortable and confident with my own body and not caring what people say

  • FINISH TAP OUT XT
  • ROUND 2 OF INSANITY
  • Finish P90X ROUND 1 hahah
  • GOAL WEIGHT 120, 118, 115
  • RUN, TRAIN FOR THE MARATHON
  • GET BETTER WITH RUNNING at least 9min/mi. 
  • RUN 3 MILES WITHIN OR UNDER 30 MINS
  • WEIGHT TRAINING
  • DO ATLEAST 4 GOOD PULL UPS ON MY OWN
  • MAINTAIN HERBALIFE
  • DRINK ATLEAST OR MORE THAN 8 ½ GLASSES A DAY
  • SAVE MONEY
Once i've accomplished these goals I will slowly check them off.
