End of week 2: INSANITY
Thursday, May 13, 2010Today I did pure cardio and cardio abs. Instead of working out yesterday, I made it my rest day because I just wanted to relax from a stressful week, but I did not miss a day of any workout! 6 days a week again! YES!!! love it! tomorrow is beginning of week 3, and it's the fit test. I honestly can say that my workouts have been improving and I can almost keep up with them through out the warm ups. I love how it make me feel!! I just really force myself to work out! It's a great pay off! Well imma get cleaned up and hit the sheets! night bloggers oh yeah, no.. unfortunately i'm not a coach.
