TurboFire Sneak Preview!

Today I woke up and did Turbo Jam's fat blaster because I didn't have time to do Max interval plyo since I was in a rush to go somewhere. So originally, I was going to do Max interval plyo and cardio conditioning on the same day the next day. But as I was looking through some great inspirational videos and also watching videos of myself working out I really wanted to push myself and get max interval plyo done TONIGHT! So that's what I did I started my workout at 11:30pm and ended at 12:30am. Since I got my Tony Horton One On One Dvd, It came with a sneak preview of TurboFire! I definitely wanted to try so I went ahead and did it a few minutes after finishing max interval plyo. I Couldn't even wait until June 18 for it, so I went ahead and order Tony Horton's video just to get the sneak peek! lol. So here's a video of me on that. It was really tough, Your giving it your all for about 35 seconds and resting a tiny bit and getting back on it again! I seriously cannot wait!
