I told myself i'd do a progress shot the beginning of May.
I've been heading to the gym since the second week of April with my niece,
we've been going 6 times a week.
We started off by doing cardio of our choice (treadmill, stairmaster, eliptical, cycling),
then we'd do weights.
Last week we started doing Cardio last, and weights first.
I weigh myself each week, and I actually gained a few pounds.
I felt discourage, but I didn't want to take progress pictures just yet.
I was waiting until May.
I went from 125lbs to 129lbs.
I hope that's all muscle weight!!
I finally took my progress pictures today,
and oh boy did it blew me away.
I didn't even know I was getting such results,
but after comparing it to my past pictures,
it made me realize that hard work really does pay off.
I'm not quite where I want to be,
I want to atleast be 115lbs or maybe 112lbs.
I still have a long way to go and my diet has been all that great either.
Once I get eating clean situated, i'll probably see more better results.
I'm struggling mostly on my legs, specifically my thighs.
They're getting toned, but they aren't shrinking.
I know it'll take patience, because my thighs are like fat magnets.
All my fat goes to my thighs!!
I've seen a reduction in cellulite as well!
I saw definition first in my arms.
Hopefully they don't get too big. I'm only curling

**UPDATE : TAPOUT XT DAY 13 RESULTS
I feel like i'm getting a lot toner in my upper body area. I've also noticed my cellulite on my thighs are slowly disappearing. Not a dramatic change, but there little change! Slowly but surely!

An old friend of mine I knew back in middle school added me on face book a year or two ago. At first I didn't recognize her picture but I recognized the name. She lost a ton of weight from using herbalife. She works for herbalife as well. So I recently contacted her because I was interested in trying the products and I wanted to get great results like she did. So I started off with all of this. She's now my herbalife coach and she's helping me get to my goal weight.
Basically I take the shake twice a day and eat one regular meal and snack in between the meals. I also take these other supplements and a TEA. I will do updates!
READY TO LOOK GOOD FOR MY GRADUATION THIS DEC. 2012
AND ALSO TO LOOK EVEN BETTER NEXT SUMMER 2013. AND MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT!
******UPDATE********** JANUARY 16, 2013:
I've lost about 10lbs since the last update. This was a combination of doing tapout XT other cardio here and there on the side, having a night shift clinical which actually probably helped me lose a lot of weight. I wouldn't overeat as much as I would. I also climbed the top of Mission Peak with my nursing buddies, that was quite a challenge. But overall lost a total of 10lbs and need 13 more pounds to lose. My next goal is to reach 120, then 115, then hopefully 112. But here's an update of my progress. ALSO, I stopped using herbalife, I'm going back to my good old trusty SHAKEOLOGY BABY! I mean herbalife worked and all, but it was just too much supplements. I'd rather just make my own healthy meals.. rather than drinking my meals. I like to eat solids. lol.
I'm fitness enthusiast who created this blog to talk about my fitness life and my progress along the way. I also made this, in hopes of inspiring others to get up and get moving so that we can all live longer healthier lives. Life is too short, and we should do everything and anything in our ability to lengthen our lives. If WE keep it up, not only will WE feel better about ourselves, WE will also have that body we've always been waiting for! Don't wait for tomorrow, Start today!
