Today has been the end of week 2 and beginning of week 3 from starting my Herbalife Nutrition, and also i'm on Week 2 day 4 (day 11) of my TAPOUT XT WORKOUT.
I met with my herbalife coach today and she checks my weekly weight and measurements. So far I've lost a total of about 2lbs and 11.5 INCHES!!
