DAY 3: TAPOUT XT PLYO XT

This was by far the hardest workout of the other two.. I can't even imagine how SPRAWL AND BRAWL will be like which will be on DAY 6. I thought I could hang because I did insanity and all that, but apparently not. I could feel the burn in my legs doing these workout and my Heart rate would rise. It was the first time I ever felt dizzy and almost felt like throwing up from a work out.. I'm probably out of shape since last year.. But I can still slightly hang with insanity. I kept taking breaks here and there and couldn't even finish the moves.. Hopefully after this month or the next few weeks i'll be able to get stronger and finish all the moves without giving up.
