DAY 2 TAPOUT XT STRENGTH AND FORCE UPPER + ULTIMATE ABS XT

Day 2 was pretty fun. Had to do with a lot of upper body, and then we did a bit of abs. Some of the workouts were kinda confusing and it takes getting use too. We were struggling a bit with some moves, but for sure by week 2 or 3 we'll get it down and maybe we can use correct form. We did sweat quite a bit with this workout although it didn't show in the video.
