My food journal. This is where I write down all the food I consume including their estimated calories. This is so I can keep track of what I eat and to not go over my daily calorie intake which is 1900/day. DEUNG I KNO RIGHT?! but anything to get to my goal weight! Splurging is good once in a while, but not all the time.

YUPP!! That’s is freakin amazing! As for Insanity, It’s an awesome workout and all, but some days I feel intimidated by it and don’t feel like working out because I really hate the push-up parts. Today I had a long morning/afternoon. I didn't have much sleep either. My plan was to come home and nap after everything.. But I was looking through all my old pictures and It really motivated me to WORK OUT rather than to NAP! I mean.. I can nap, but that ain't gonna get me to my goal. So instead I worked out! This is day 10 of insanity round 2. I missed a few days due to family outings and stress from the test I recently took. Which I didn't pass.. But I have one more chance to take it and I hope I do well!

Here are video clips of my boyfriend and I taking breaks from running. LOL. yes we really did run, It may seem like we were just walking and fooling around but we were resting at that time. We were out for an hour and 30 mins.
I've been studying for a DARN TEST that i'm going to take on Saturday! ugh.. gotta study hard b/c I dont want to fail and drop the nursing program :/
Anyways.. I have skipped like 2 days of insanity.. maybe 3.. But yesterday I made up for it by swimming doing laps in my friends pool. I was swimming for about a good 6 hours yesterday. Today I was going to finish week 1 of insanity, but instead I went running with my brother. Ran 2 miles in 30 mins.. (I know, i'm freakin slow), but i burned 465 calories! Good enough. Least I'm still working out!!
But I am going to continue on with insanity tomorrow. BACK on TRACK. lol.
I am excited for turbofire, it's coming out soon. I hope it doesnt get sold out! Imma stay up to purchase it online. LOL! mmk so that's what Ive been up to

I took a few pictures of us while we were resting and such. There's also a few videos. It was a great time. I had a good one on one time with him. He's starting off slow, It's been a while since he has been exercising. He thanked me for pushing him and actually making it through. :D He said a whole bunch of things, but i forgot but they were sweet. It really touched my heart!
Couples out there, encourage your other half to workout with you. Or at least get active and do something you both will enjoy. Running was a great choice. We got to enjoy the view around us and just run and walk to places where we normally would drive. It's just a really great bonding from my experience. Try it!!!
I'm just happy we actually got it done. All that planning years ago finally came true. It also made my boyfriend realize how out of shape he really is and that by doing this, he will motivate himself to build up the endurance he use to have when he was playing football and other sports back in high school.
It was a great time overall :D

Today for my day 4 of insanity I did Pure cardio instead of the cardio recovery. I am basically following the weekly schedule but switching it around. The reason why I did pure cardio today, is because tomorrow I am hopefully going jogging with my boyfriend tomorrow!!
So our run, will replace the cardio recovery. I am excited to exercise with my boyfriend because we have never worked out together. I've been planning and been wanting to work out with him 2 years ago, but we never made it happened. I was either too lazy he was lazy, or tired from work. But this year is different for me! I am up and moving and craving for more results!
I hope he can wake-up in time for our run tomorrow. He said he'll be running with weights! I'll be sure to bring my flip cam and such for video! lol! hoorah! I've been waiting for this day!

My family and I decided to head over to the beach in Monterey. I was lucky enough to flaunt a body that was just okay enough to wear a 2 piece! Without the help of insanity, I wouldn't have ever thought of wearing a 2 piece with the body I first started with. I still have a great amount of fat to lose esp in the belly area and thigh area. My thighs are extremely thick and my stomach has a big flab. LOL don't laugh at the photos.. here they are.
