GetFitWithLiza

Haven’t worn these in over 3 years. Goal for December and summer 2013 is to work my ass off and fit into these expensive ass jeans. Don’t want them to go to waste, I would like to wear them again. My thighs and butt just can’t fit through them. Lol. was once size 26/3, now I’m a 27/4. Ugh.. #7forallmankind #joesjeans #holisterco #guess

From Walmart!

DAY 7: rest day, but we used it up on monday, so we went straight through day 8.

DAY 8: My whole body was sore before beginning this workout. Mostly my arms and my butt. So far i'm loving this whole workout program. The workouts are between 55-45 mins. They go by really quick. I also love the fast pace of the workout, reminds me of insanity. There's always a different move each time which doesn't make it boring. So far so great! i'm feeling a lot better and a lot stronger. I cannot wait for the 30 day results!

DAY 9: was force and strength upper + abs. Did that tonight, well last night now since it's the next day already (2:45am right now). Didn't film it because I already have a video on that. Will probably film again next week to compare how much we've improved.

DAY 6: SPRAWL AND BRAWL
This has got to be one my favorite workout DVDs so far of this week on TAPOUT XT. It's fun yet challenging. I think I put the most effort in this work than the other workouts of the workout program. By far the most fun! I love the whole concept of fighting incorporated into the workout.

This whole week i've been feeling sore. AT first I felt it in my ab area, then it all traveled toward my back and legs. My legs have been the most sore out of all my body parts. So far i'm really loving this workout program. I'm not bored of it, and I can't wait for month two. New workouts will come in month two. Excited to try out the MUAY THAI exercise.

DAY 4: was yoga XT. Didn't bother recording it. I'm not very good at YOGA. it's a challenge for me. Although I didn't sweat as much as I would in an intense workout it definitely is a workout I have to work on.

DAY 5: LEGS AND BACK: It was a good workout. It was cool seeing different way a resistance band can be use. The only thing is that it's a struggle getting the resistance I need on my band since I'm short, I have to wrap it around several times around my foot and even sometimes around my arms. He also starts the moves rather quick, he demonstrates it then gets right to it. But soon enough we'll get use to the movements. There were also some movements I was confused about but just kept doing my own thing.
