Week 5 of insanity

Week 5 of insanity consists of core cardio and balance for the whole week.
Instead of doing that workout, i'm jogging, training for the nike woman's half marathon, and
i am also starting the MAX intervals.. so i'm just starting ahead of myself.

Today I just did pushups
and tried to do pullups..
but it was pretty difficult so i ended up doing a substitution
by using a resistance band.
