LES MILLS COMBAT WARRIOR 2 LOWER BODY

This was a pretty good workout. It lasted about 30 minutes. I extended my breaks during some short breaks because man, That "RUNNING MAN" move got me winded. Overall it was a pretty darn great workout!
I'm loving this workout program so far!

  1. What workout would u recommend between les mills and tapout. I have done at least 5 cycles of insanity. One of asylum and I am about to finish p90x. What I noticed what works for me when it comes to losing weight is spinning and climbing stairs. For the past month I have been climbing stairs at work 2 sets of 65 flights. I get a good burn 30 mins I get 330 cal burn. If u have stairs available u should give it a try. Also spin I burn 500 in 45 min. I use my polar f6 watch because my battery died on my ft60 and I haven't got around to replacing it
