Smashed legs today!
Legs is one of my most favorite day to train! I love squats and deadlifts!
Today, I worked out in the morning, which I mainly prefer, there is very little gym
traffic in the early morning before 9am. I haven't worked out for about a week,
and it felt good to be back. Also, I thought I would be feeling weak, being off the gym for a while
but I still felt strong, recovery is good!
