Hills
Thursday, January 12, 2012My friend and I went running again today after class.
We both a running schedule and It's Tuesdays and Thursdays.
NO EXCUSES. Doesn't matter if we have an exam the next day.
We ran 3.60 miles. in addition, we climbed and ran up two steep hills.
man it was a work out.
It's nice to have a running buddy because we can push each other.
Motivate each other. When one is still running, you don't want to stop,
not matter how much your heart is pounding and your legs burn.
It was a great workout. The scenery is just absolutely gorgeous.
I love it there.
