I want to start challenging myself to help me get back on track into working out slowly.

  1. to do 200 sit ups every other day
  2. to do as much chin ups and pull up i can every other day.
  3. Cardio at 3x a week.
  4. Eat healthy. More vegetables and less carbs.
I noticed that i don't get full fast whenever I eat a salad.. I need to probably adjust to it.
