Challenge
Friday, March 11, 2011I want to start challenging myself to help me get back on track into working out slowly.
- to do 200 sit ups every other day
- to do as much chin ups and pull up i can every other day.
- Cardio at 3x a week.
- Eat healthy. More vegetables and less carbs.
I noticed that i don't get full fast whenever I eat a salad.. I need to probably adjust to it.
