It's been quite a while since I posted anything here. I am STILL doing TAPOUT XT however I took a week off of it the end of august, I was transitioning into going back to school in the bay area. It's my very last semester of Nursing school, I graduate in December! I'm super excited for that.
I've been doing pretty well about eating healthy here at my apartment. My roommates both eat healthy and so all we have in the apartment is a bunch of vegetables fruits and all that. It has been keeping me on track and helping me lose weight. Oppose to being at home, everything is so tempting, so much good food, unhealthy food. So far i'm on the right track to weight loss. I've lost 6lbs so far, went from 136 to 129. I'm glad to be back in the 120's. I'm slowly but surely getting there.

  1. I love your blog! I just started Insanity today and I'm really excited! It is SO hard but I really hope I am able to stick with it.


    Is there any advise you would have for someone starting this program and how I can get the best results?

  2. SanazAlamode: HI!! Awe thank you, I haven't been updating this ever since i've been back in school. For the best results, I would suggest you make sure you watch what you eat. I was told that weight loss consist of 80% diet and 20% exercise. So make sure you eat healthy. I also use the app on the iPhone called myfitnesspal.com and it helps me keep track of what I eat so I won't go over my caloric intake. It's also available online, Myfitnesspal.com.

    As for insanity, I know it's hard, but man you will get awesome results. Especially near the second month when you start doing the MAX workouts and the workouts are longer. Just keep pushing hard don't give up!! Do better than you did the week before and you'll definitely see results!! Thank you for visiting my blog I hope this helps!
