Wednesday, August 22, 2012Before I speak about food, DAY 30 was ripped conditioning + ultimate abs. Ripped conditioning remind me of Strength and force upper xt. Using mostly bands. Didn't monitor how much I lost, I should've.
Ordered some powdered Peanut Butter on amazon, got the chocolate PB and the PB for $10. It tastes amazing with my herbalife shakes!! mm... I look forward to drinking it.
SNACKS: mmm these are soo good. I can eat the whole thing if i wanted to!!
Grocery shopping: went to walmart to get ingredients to make Turkey Jalepeno burgers and also other things.
